Dexon International: Sunny Choby, Founder of Dexon International, Launches 6-Month Hand-Holding Export Mentorship After 3 Orders in 90 Days

Chandigarh (India), October 29: In a bold move to transform the export training sector in India, Sunny Choby, founder of Dexon International, has launched a practical export mentorship model that comes from his own failures, not just textbooks.
At just 28 years old, Sunny brings a wealth of experience to his new venture. Coming from a middle-class family in Chandigarh where his father worked a Rs. 10,000 job, he started his entrepreneurial journey in 2018 with an e-commerce business which he scaled successfully across India.
In 2024, a friend introduced him to exports. What followed was two years of struggle. “I spent two years taking hits. I bought costly coaching, consultancy programs. Everyone taught theory and left. I lost a lot of money and time,” says Sunny Choby.
The turning point came in early 2026. Instead of chasing 20 countries at once, he focused on one. Using his own method, which he now calls the One Product, One-Country-at-a-Time Framework, he closed three export orders in the first 90 days. Today, he runs a consistent export business from one country and has already expanded to three countries, including Africa and Europe.
Unlike conventional programs, Dexon International distinguishes itself by focusing on hand-holding, not just teaching. The firm offers 2 months of hybrid coaching and then his team holds your hand for 4 more months. “My coaches left me after the course. I decided I will not do the same,” Sunny Choby emphasizes. The program has already mentored over 150 aspiring exporters.
