Speaking about the Expo, Mr. Ravi Mahajan, President CREDAI Nashik Metro said, “We are delighted to see the SHELTER Expo inaugurated in its full glory and open for the public to come and seek their dream property. For the development of Nashik, I urge the Govt of Maharashtra to Maharashtra to reduce royalty charges, increase the width for the proposed ring road plan and fasten the project passing on the Nashik corporation site with use of TCS software as done in Mumbai. This will ease multiple developments in Nashik.
Adding to it, Mr. Krunal Patil, Convenor, Shelter Exhibition & Vice President CREDAI Nashik Metro said, “Consumers are now more inclined towards real estate, as an investment option and they also aware of market trends and know their requirements, thus make an informed choice. Expo like SHELTER 2022 are an excellent avenue for prospective buyers as they get to see a wide range of projects at one go rather than taking the tedious effort of researching and tracking project sites on their own. We hope that this 5-day Expo provides ample opportunity to seek and experience their choice of real estate and help them make informed investment decisions.”
SHELTER 2022 will be a unique experience for consumers because they will not only interact with developers but also get a chance to interact with other channel partners like architects or interior designers and exchange ideas or tailored creative preferences. It will also help sell inventories and push Nashik as an ideal real estate destination for residential and commercial buyers alike, as real estate is 2nd most employed sector in Maharashtra with 200 to 250 businesses directly or indirectly dependent on the sector.
