Oasis Fertility, one of the leading fertility chains in India announced its expansion in Andhra Pradesh with the launch of its new state-of-the-art full-fledged IVF centre in Ongole. This is the 4^th in the region following Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, and Guntur.

According to National Family Health Survey, Andhra Pradesh has a Total Fertility Rate (TFR) of 1.7 which is lower than the national TFR of 2.1. Lifestyle, lack of physical exercise, stress, late marriages have led to the rise of infertility in India.
